Week 18: 21/05 - 27/05

Tattoos

For mine and Tereza's 5 year anniversary she wanted to get us matching tattoos. I'd love to say that I'm not a fan of matching tattoos but some quick math reveals that 40% of my tattoos are now matching tattoos. However, I was easily sold on a tattoo for Roland. Since birth my favourite nickname for him has been Rohlíček, which is a cute name for a little bread roll from the Czech Republic. So we got little a little Rohlík for him. Side note: it's not a penis.

Skateboarding

We had a fun little day out in the park over the weekend, trying to make the best of the fleeting dry weather. A few weeks back I had scouted a wide and gradual slope which is perfect for the surf skate, so it was a two birds one stone kind of day. Roland woke up just in time to shred the hill with me. He loved it but the wind made his eyes red.

Garden party

A mum friend of Tee's was celebrating becoming a British Citizen. Roland loved the swinging chair and the accompanying bubbles. Tee loved the pre-lunch prosecco. I feel like she's making good progress on her wino-mum arc.
